Halo 3, laser tag edition

Bungie is raking in the dough by shilling of Halo 3 t-shirts, figures, Mountain Dew and now a pair of laser tag guns modeled after weapons in the Halo series. You can purchase a Plasma pistol (left) for $70 or the Plasma rifle (right) for $120. Obviously these guns are way more expensive than your standard laser tag package, but they are supposed to act like the weapons in Halo. That means you will have the same sounds, vibration feedback and recoil. Even the bundled laser tag sensors have a Halo twist, you have a shield that recovers if you hide for a few seconds. Playing with these guns in a Spartan costume is closest anyone can get to living out any Halo fantasies, healthily.
