AtomFinal Fantasy IV eye candy, new comparison shots
Remember those scans from last week? Famitsu has some of the same pictures (now in color! thanks for the link IceAmp) and a few new ones this week. There is a new feature in Final Fantasy IV too, an auto-mapping system that marks where you explore. Battles are pretty much the same. Final Fantasy IV DS uses the ATB system with five characters squished on the top screen. The bottom screen shows menu information like HP/MP, ATB meters and information quick information about the attack.

These new scans are great…I’m so excited because FFIV is my favorite in the series.

Same here, my favorite FF out of the entire series thus far. I wonder what the music remixes will sound like, because imo IV had the best/most memorable soundtrack. Especially the various overworld themes, final dungeon/Tower of Babel theme, and Boss themes.

Wow, I love these scans, and I love the fact that there are others out there who think that FF IV was the BEST! My all time fav game and Im checking NCSX everyday to see when I can pre-order this. By the way, there will be a mini figure set of Cecil, Kain, Rosa, rydia and edge coming out soon too and they look awesome.

well my favourite final fantasies are the ones between IV - VI
its just so great number IV is getting a remake,as ive dreamt about… i did miss out on the games the first time around (didnt know about them then) but when i got to try final fantasy IV i was just amazed,the same with dragon quest IV they both did someone amazing for their time,and still can appeal today
and sure as others have said before this game has the best and most memorable music,but i kinda love number V’s music a bit better

this looks great i can’t wait to buy it i got final fantasy IV adanvence but this look better than that finely final fantasy IV going 3d now i can play it 3d woot i can’t wait to buy it

OMG!!! i’m speechless!!! such big differences!!! can’t wait for the English version!! i’m so gonna enjoy this cause i’ve never played the SNES version before….

Pretty impressive, I’d like to see some actual video clips of the game in motion. FF IV was one of the more addicting FFs for me so I’m hoping the remake will be as good if not better.
