Wild ARMs V, unboxing edition

As a sweet surprise a final copy of Wild ARMs V showed up today with the bundled art book. Surprisingly, the package was not from the same company as the Persona 3 or Ar Tonelico box sets. What you get is a cool looking metallic box with the game and the 80+ page soft cover art book with art from all of the Wild ARMs games except Alter Code F and Wild Arms: XF. The prints are great though and you can catch a preview of the art book past the break.

    There are too many games to play… I’m seriously neglecting work and college because of all the excellent gaming opportunities. I know, I know, priorities and all that, but c’mon! So much goodness to be had on the PS2/PS3!

    Pretty awful American logo…

    “Surprisingly, the package was not from the same company as the Persona 3 or Ar Tonelico box sets.”

    I feel it’s worth mentioning that Persona 3 and Ar Tonelico are from two different companies. Atlus did Persona 3 and NIS America did Ar Tonelico.

  • Angelous

    Is the out box actually metal? Or just given a “metallic” like shine?

  • http://www.siliconera.com Spencer

    @rainking187 – I know Ar Tonelico is from NIS and Persona 3 is from Atlus, but the packaging is from the same company. You have the same style artbook and the same jacket that holds the goods.

    @Angelous – it’s metallic shine.
