Now that Beatmania IIDX 13 is on home consoles, Konami has a new edition ready to come out in the arcades later this year. Urban camouflage and the “DJ Troopers” subtitle is an interesting theme. But I wouldn’t expect it to extend beyond the art and maybe a new versus mode. I highly doubt Beatmania IIDX 15 is going to shift in a radical direction where music is the weapon in guerilla warfare. Revolution X this isn’t.
