Idea Factory desires to develop for the 360

adn.jpgAt Microsoft’s press briefing there was a little blurb about Idea Factory too. Their Xbox 360 support began with Spectral Force 3: Innocent Rage in 2006 and continued with PS2 ports. On November 29, Idea Factory has another 360 game coming out, Apocalypse: Desire Next, which superficially appears to be a cousin of the Generation of Chaos series. So far none of Idea Factory’s strategy RPGs for the Xbox 360 have been localized. But that may change since Nippon Ichi is beginning to work with the Xbox 360 hardware and NIS America has a knack for localizing Idea Factory games.

Spectral Force 3 looks pretty decent, but I heard they really took a step backwards with Absolute Blazing Infinity and Diario.

I’d have to say their 360 efforts look infinitely more promising than their PS3 effort, Mist of Chaos.
