Spider Man: Friend or Foe demo introduces demo rewards

spidermanffdemo.jpgDigitally distributed demos are becoming popular, but it is kind of a drag to play through a demo only to do the same thing when you purchase a game. Activision has an interesting concept, reward gamers for playing the demo. Once you get a reward code for the Spider Man: Friend or Foe demo you can head over to the official site, punch it in and do a little survey to unlock New Goblin in the game. There is an interesting concept here, giving players virtual trinkets if they test out a product. Wouldn’t it be neat if other demos gave gamertag icons, themes or extra maps as prizes of you beat the demo and purchased the game?
