Pachinko and RPGs arrive on Japan’s Playstation store

pop.jpgIt’s not even the end of the month and Sony is adding in eight more downloadable PSP/Playstation 3 games to the Playstation Store. Irem’s Pachinko Paradise series is making a debut along with two From Software sequels. Popolocrois is in the mix, which also has a PSP port that Agetec brought over in 2005. Alundra is probably the pick of the litter on this list. Sure it’s dated by today’s standards, but for around $5 you’re getting a lot for your money.

Here is what is out now:

Sanyo Pachinko Paradise

Sanyo Pachinko Paradise 2

Alundra

XII [sai] JUMBO

Popolocrois

Hanafuda Graffiti: Koi Monogatari

Echo Night 2

Kings Field III

When is SOA going to get on the ball and start releasing quality PSOne games on the PSN? I feel like they are missing a huge opportunity here (just look at the money Nintendo is raking in for the VC).
