Trauma Center: New Bloods new operations

It looks like Atlus is adding more realistic operations in Trauma Center: New Blood compared to the bioterrorism battle in the first game. Famitsu’s four screenshots show the broken bone surgery from Trauma Center: Second Opinion is back and there is a picture of a new operation where you have to remove a bullet with forceps. I’m all for Trauma Center moving towards reality, but I imagine a removing a bullet wound being much easier than blasting pempti with the laser.

I think this is a good thing. I found that the first Trauma Center had too much GUILT operations that it got a bit repetitive (still an awesome game though). I’m all for more realistic stuff like heart surgery, removing bullets, etc. but I think there should also be a good amount of those GUILT like viruses so that there can be a balance between realistic elements and those futuristic operations.
