Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law… delayed?

This news is far from official, but a handful of online retailers have Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law listed in 2008. Capcom originally planned to release the game in November. Then again it was originally only coming out for the Playstation 2 and PSP. Could the last minute addition of a Wii version be the reason for the delay?
