A few weeks ago we mentioned DS Bungaku Zenshuu, a DS cartridge packed with ebooks developed by Genius Sonority. It came out last week and it’s a pretty big deal to Nintendo. At major train stations Nintendo has massive billboards advertising the game, like this one from Shibuya.

Just to put this in perspective, ASH: Archaic Sealed Heat came out at the start of the month and Nintendo didn’t give it billboard space. They ran a few TV commercials, but Aisya wasn’t staring at hundreds of people waiting for the train.

It’s too bad that they downplayed advertising ASH, to think that Blue Dragon did “relatively” well in Jpn..

I just ordered DS Bungaku, but the wait time is 7-14 days, guess they’re not stocking this title at all due to it being a Jpn novel compilation.
