Uncharted alternate reality game update

I just got an e-mail update about the Uncharted: Drake’s Adventure alternate reality game with a handful of new clues. The first is the video below, which was shot by Elena Fisher, Drake’s partner in Uncharted, while she was in Panama. At the tail end there is a code on the rock.

The second clue is a pair of pictures of Sir Francis Drake. In the first poster Drake appears hunky dory, but in the second his visage is replaced with a skull. His name is also replaced with “Sic Parvis Magna”, which means “Great Things Have Small Beginnings” in English.
