Fire Pro Wrestling Returns slips into stores

In a week where Super Mario Galaxy, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, Contra 4 and a gazillion other games come out something is bound to fall through the cracks. This week it’s Fire Pro Wrestling Returns, which Agetec bravely decided to localize and sell for only $14.99. Crazy, huh? Almost as crazy as throwing a wrestler into a pile of electrified barbed wire… you know you can do that in Fire Pro Wrestling Returns. You can also make your own wrestler by mixing and matching pre-set pieces as seen in the video below.

While I don’t imagine people are going to pick this over Super Mario Galaxy, I hope the core fanbase in North America remembers that this exists.

I ordered Fire Pro Wrestling along with Contra 4 from Amazon.com last night. I’m looking forward to both!

Well, add me to the list of people who would have picked up Fire Pro if it weren’t for publishers overwhelming us with so many choices in November. It’s been such a boring gaming year for me, but now that Q4 is here, I’m actually having to hold off on a lot of games that I otherwise would have played. Oh well, I may pick it up if I just happen to see it next time I’m at Gamestop for whatever reason. I just doubt that I’ll find time to play it.
