North America isn’t the only country to get downloadable Xbox games. On December 5th the service launches in Japan with five titles. The games available at launch are:

Halo

Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge

Magatama

Fable

Puyo Puyo Fever

Just for comparison sakes here is what North America gets:

Burnout 3: Takedown

Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex

Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge

Fable

Fuzion Frenzy

Halo

Psychonauts

Magatama, a hack and slash game set in feudal Japan, never left its home and Puyo Pop Fever was a Gamecube exclusive in North America. Puyo Pop Fever is probably better on the DS and Magatama isn't anything special. However, I'm delighted to see Puyo Pop Fever on the list because it shows Sega is working with Microsoft. That opens the door for Sega to release their Xbox exclusives like Jet Set Radio Future and Panzer Dragoon Orta in the future.

Hmm it’s probably a long shot, but I wonder if MS will make their robot interaction sim N.U.D.E.@ available. I’ve always wanted to try that game out.

I take it you never heard of Metal Wolf Chaos.
