I dunno about Doom, but Chronicles of Riddick had the demo for the Riddick game and some Star Wars discs had demos of Star Wars games. (I think the prequels or maybe the Special Editions, I don’t remember. I borrowed them from the library)

There were quite a few movies that came with playable Xbox demos on the disc. So it’s not unheard of.
