Akuma rebalanced for fair play in SSF2T HD Remix

Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix is actually two games in one package. You get an arcade version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo with new sprites and a rebalanced version where Ryu has a fake fireball. Capcom is trickling information about other changes in the remixed version and their in depth FAQ explains Akuma will be a balanced character. Players will be able to choose him in ranked online matches without using the complicated code.

Hmm… I wonder what changes Capcom is going to make to balance him out. Perhaps, he will be like the Marvel versus Capcom 2 version?
