puchicopter.jpgAksys made another agreement with Arc System Works. In spring of '08, Aksys will publish Puchi Copter Wii: Adventure Flight outside of Japan under a new name, MiniCopter Adventure Flight. In the game players pilot a toy helicopter through 42 missions. You can choose tilt control, pointer controls or, if you want a traditional way to play, the classic controller to suck up coins with the copter’s air cannon. After you practice flying solo in the park, you can challenge a friend in the two player split screen mode.

As the Japanese title suggests, Puchi Copter Wii is not the only Puchi Copter game out there. A few games Puchi Copter games came out for the PlayStation 2 and the first one even had a bundle with a special controller. However, MiniCopter: Adventure Flight is the first Puchi Copter game for North America. It’s going to be interesting to see how the public reacts to it and what price Aksys assigns to MiniCopter: Adventure Flight.
