Sega fulfills dreams of Nintencats

By Spencer . December 6, 2007 . 1:13am

yumeneko.jpgVirtual dogs? Old news. Cat simulation games are the new black, even though Nintendo still hasn’t gotten around to making Nintencats. In the meantime Sega is filling the void with Yume Neko DS. With the stylus players can pet the fake feline and play with it by dragging a toy mouse on the screen.

Japan gets a chance to try Yume Neko DS in spring ’08. At this time a US release has not been announced, but since Sega is localizing Touch de Zuno, Yume Neko DS is fair game.

So basically, you can mash the buttons all you want but that cat will never do anything you try to get it to do besides eat and poop?

kakashi Says:

@Ron : LOL, maybe they’ll come and sleep on your virtual lap.
