As for bad English, Jpn tend to use Eng. words more liberally, eg, there's a manga called "Embalming: The Another Tale of Frankenstein". As a title going public, the least they could do is chk w/ someone to see if it makes sense.. or we get something like "Enchant Arm" which needs to be modified to "Enchanted Arms"..
