Ryu returns in March, Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword dated

ndstecmo.jpgGet your sword stylus ready, Tecmo plans to release Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword this March in North America. The stylus slashing control sounds unusual, but it’s fairly intuitive. You tap enemies to throw shuriken and draw lines to emulate sword swings. I gave Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword a spin months ago a TGS and the experience was fluid, but not fluid filled like Ninja Gaiden 2. The other good news is Tecmo has Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword slated for March in Japan too, which means there shouldn’t be much of a delay between the two regions.

I wonder if they’ll release a promotional katana stylus with the preorder of the game…lol

EvilAkito Says:

I thought it was pretty fun from the demo (which is downloadable at Gamestop, for anyone interested). If the whole thing comes together well, I’ll probably pick it up.

Maue Says:

Next is to remake Ninja Gaiden I & II, from the NES version.
