Especially since their was an episode in the seriens that happens in an altenate universe. Comics and anime and science fictions love the idea of a reality that is similar but different. It opens a whole new realm for them to explore. I would not be suprised if the game never was ported to the States though. If I had more space, then I'd get some of them for myself. Sure, Eva as a series is pretty depressing, but I try not to think about it so much. It's only a tv-show after all, and to honest I've always liked some emotional drama to go with my anime shows anyway.
