Devil May Cry 4 hard, but not DMC3 impossible

I admit I only beat the Japanese version of Devil May Cry 3. After I heard Capcom modified the difficulty in the North American build to make it equivalent to hard mode I didn’t stand up to the challenge. So I’m relieved Capcom’s blog explains the DMC4’s challenge level sits in nicely between Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3. There are two difficulty levels too, so you can choose your degree of difficulty and adjust DMC4 to your level of skill.

Haha I hope the difficulty sits more between DMC1 and DMC3 — DMC2 difficulty would even let someone in a coma win. I never could get through DMC3 on Normal. Hopefully I can in DMC4.

I will play on easy mode thanks. Capcoms games are always too hard and frustrating and I dont have that much time. Sometimes I considered heading over to the Nishi-Shinjuku to yell at them for it. (joke)

2??? TWO!? God damn….2…but…that was…like…easy.

I played the PAL version of 3 on all difficulties. Hard was alright. Definitely not easy but not crazy either. And I suck at DMC *sniff*
