I can’t see much personal use for the line of RetroDuo consoles since all my old consoles work, but there is some novelty in having the “Gen-X” a third party hybrid that plays Nintendo Entertainment System and Sega Genesis games. Remember when the two companies were mortal enemies?

There are two other models of the RetroDuo one that plays NES games and SNES titles and another that plays NES and Super Famicom carts. I spoke with a representative who claims their compatibility is on the mark. Supposedly, the RetroDuo consoles play Castelvania III: Dracula’s Curse, Kirby’s Super Star (this was on display to test), Star Fox and Super Mario RPG. However, they will not work with Paperboy.
