Echochrome arrives on the PlayStation Store in March

echochrome.jpgLast week I mentioned Echochrome was arriving on the PSP on March 19. Now I can confirm it will arrive on the PlayStation Store as a downloadable PS3 game on the same day. The price has not been announced, but if Sony is selling the PSP version for 3,990 yen ($36) it will probably fall in the $25-$30 price range. Details are also hazy if the PSP release contains the same puzzles as the PlayStation 3 version or if you can play the PS3 release on the PSP via Remote Play. That would be an awesome idea and we’ll find out soon when Echochrome arrives in Japan.

strange, I could have sworn that the japanese official site for this game had the price marked as 800 yen for the PS3 version, which I remember seemed very inexpensive compared to the PSP… but the same page now says “TBD” for the PSN version… perhaps it was a mistake…
