LittleOni, that’s odd. I just applied for mine like the day after they offered the replacement and now I got it. I didn’t have to send them anything. Though they never sent me confirmation of anything either so I never really expected the package to come. Perhaps yours is still in transit. I hope it comes for you soon if that’s the case.

I applied for the replacement figure, since my figurine’s leg was broke off, when 2K had page live. But I have had to email them about it because I got no confirmation of my applying for a replacement, and I am now being told that I need to send in a picture for verification of the broken figure since the official program is long over. Just a bit bummed…

Nice that you guys in the States get this service. Here in the UK we have had no offer of a replacement, let alone a free art book. The entire drill arm of my Big Daddy was broken off. Thank heavens for superglue I say. Oh and Take 2 need to take a long hard look at how they support UK consumers…….I will think twice before buying anything from them in the future. :(
