From PS1 to anime, Tokyo Majin magically appears on the DS

Better known as Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho in Japan, the supernatural anime series was born from Asmik Ace Entertainment. The same Asmik that released a cute purple dinosaur named Boomer (aka Asmik-kun in Japan) for the Game Boy found much more success with the PlayStation/2 Tokyo Majin Gakuen series. Last year an anime based on the universe arrived in North America care of ADV. This year Marvelous grabbed the rights to publish a Nintendo DS game based on the anime series. Asmik Ace is still involved for Tokyo Majin's tenth anniversary video game release.
