No that I've tried the US ver., it peaks my interest if some of the puzzles in the Jpn ver. are different, since some of them are English-specific, and the puzzles were supposed to be thought out by this famous Jpn professor in the original. I just picked up Layton last week and am scratching my head over the puzzles on the bus now :)
