Playstation Puzzle Fighter gets patched, learns new languages

puzzleps3.jpgI wasn’t aware the PlayStation 3 version of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix was lacking in the voice chat department, but over the weekend Capcom added it in through a downloadable update. More interesting is Capcom went through a whole “FIGS” (short hand localization term for French, Italian, German and Spanish) localization. Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix doesn’t require extensive localization work, which makes this update a really neat addition even if it’s an afterthought.

As for gameplay “fixes” players that disconnect purposely or not get sacked with a loss in a ranked game. Competitive Puzzle Fighters probably welcome this change. I’m more psyched to see downloadable localization.
