@Alice: I’m playing single player mode by myself right now. I thought it was difficult at first, but once you get better weapons and magic, it gets pretty easy.

Good for you that you didnt play ffcrystal cron on gamecube because to be trutfull IT SUCKED, the only thing traditional in it was the items like every ff. It was WAY to easy, and you could beat it in 1 day!! This 1 might look good enough to try, but for now im stuck on smash bros and will be FOREVER because it is by far one of the best games ever….. but for ff sake hopefully it is at least significantly different from cc!

If this game is anything like the Crystal Chronicles that was on GC, the difficulty (and loot quality) will increase with more players.
I just hope there’s no marlboro boss spamming Ice3;

Are you playing the game by yourself or with others? I tried playing Crystal Chronicles by myself but found that it was far too difficult and seemed like the difficutly was ramped to accomodate more players simultaneously.

I love the game so far but “If you want to use a skill, you have to press the R trigger” … yeah that’s a terrible combination, especially considering most people are right handed. I’m not that far in but something tells me I’m not gonna use skills that much.
