Echochrome: Jokyoku should be on the Japanese PlayStation Store ready to bend brains for a fee of 1,800 yen ($18). Before you spend your cash on a downloadable game with in a foreign language, take note you can purchase echochrome for the PlayStation 3 in English too.
Echochrome Primal - Prologue - is sitting on the Singapore/Hong Kong PlayStation store with English and Chinese text. The price is a tiny bit cheaper since you’re paying HK$128 (US$16). I don’t think language matters too much, though. I picked up Echochrome for the PSP earlier today and it the amount of text in the game is next to nothing. However, if you feel more comfortable with an English version check out Sony Computer Entertainment Asia’s release.
@rainking187 - You do have a confirmed US release! At GDC I pressed Sony about this multiple times and you will see Echochrome in the spring.
