Namco Bandai bets on Ridge Racer pachislot machine

I know I’m probably one of the few people who find video game based pachislot/pachinko machines fascinating, but take a look at this thing. The Ridge Racer pachislot has a wide 12.2 inch LCD screen and it’s shaped kind of like a car. The headlights move too, a first for the pachislot world. Of course, it costs money to play these Pachislot, but the exhilarating experience of racing plus gambling should offset any losses when this comes out in May. Right? No?

Namco Bandai is also working on a PlayStation 2 Ridge Racer Pachislot simulator. It comes out a month later on June 8.
