Namco Bandai unveils… Panda Diary

Today is April 1^st so I’m scrutinizing all announcements with a cynical brow, but Namco Bandai Japan doesn’t dish out yearly April Fools’ jokes. Then that means Panda-san Nikki (Panda Diary) is real.

 

Unless you count pictures of pandas as information, the newly opened homepage doesn’t say much about Panda-San Nikki. It’s a Nintendo DS game. Japan gets it this summer. Judging by the appearance of the teaser page it has little to do with Kung Fu Panda from Activision. Maybe it is something like Nintenpandas with a grim undercurrent of species extinction?
