Already got all dlcs released so far. I hope there will be dlc to add spaces in the town since later it will be too crowded, lack of spaces.

to add features/upgrades to shops and other buildings.
Also in order to unlock dlc you bought, you need to complete those dungeons came with it.

Yes, I think they did. But compared to other wiiware titles, this game still the best.
