I tried going on the website http://valkyrie.jp w/ the PS3 browser, but the “download page” wouldn’t load? When the page first loads up, it asks me do I want to install plug-in and I chose yes. Any settings I need to mess with?

Yes, a direct download from the PS3′s native browser will install themes in the proper place. It’s the only way I’ve gone about putting themes on there, actually, because I don’t have to even think about folder structure or anything but Download… However, it WILL NOT let you perform a theme download in the background.

Of course, this only applies if the downloaded file is in the proper format (.p3u or something similar to it, I forget off-hand), and not in some kind of zip or rar or such.

@Cain – I don’t know if a direct download would work, but if you follow the instructions you can download the Valkyria Chronicles theme file then copy it on to your PS3 with the help of a memory stick/SD card or other input device. Does that make more sense?
