Now that explains a lot. I wasn't sure about the quality of the music, but I have heard Studio 9 included Western songs too. Since it's MIDI music it pretty much explains why the price is so low. The game does not only feature Korean music, but also songs by Bon Jovi, Westlife and others. The game itself is fun for 1 or 2 rounds but with the horrendous quality of the songs (and the videos) it comes nowhere close to the likes of Rockband or even Konami's American Idol. The songs are so cheap cause all of the them (both in the game, as well as in the d/l packs), are lame midi-interpretations of the originals.
