Gamecock counters E3 with the BE-3 Initiative

Not going to E3? Gamcock will welcome you with open arms to the BE-3 Initiative. Their competing event takes place right next to the Los Angeles Convention Center at the Hotel Figueroa on July 15-18. E3 2008 will run from July 15-17.

 

This isn't the first time Gamecock threw their own event. Last year, Gamecock rented out hotel space in Santa Monica to showcase Insecticide, Hail to the Chimp and Legendary: The Box. Unlike last year you won’t need media credentials or an invitation to stop by their event. "All gamers who love fun and just want to play [Gamecock’s] games" are welcome to attend. Gamecock has not announced what titles will be on display at the event at this time, but I'm expecting some version of Mushroom Men to be there.

 

I'm actually less concerned about the titles and more curious to see how many people will take the open invitation.
