Scans from the latest V-Jump reveal that Namco Bandai is bringing the original Dragonball to the DS in the form of Dragonball DS. Not much is known of the game at the moment, but from the looks of it, it's a 3D action/RPG in the vein of the Legend of Zelda series. Another thing to note is that the game looks pretty impressive, as far as graphics go.
The scan also seems to indicate that combat will be handled via the touchscreen. This could definitely be one to keep an eye on. There's no indication of whether or not this will head to the US, but my money's on "yes", considering it's been years since a Dragonball/DBZ game has been released in Japan and not the US. Anyway, keep a watch out for this one, Dragonball fans!

A new DB game! I remember playing “Shenlong no Nazo” back on the NES and it was the first DB game that wasn’t an RPG. There was two isometric viewed RPGs on the SNES too, chronicling the story from kid Goku (aside from Super Saiya Legend) I hope we get to fight Piccolo the Demon King in this one, definitely keep us posted :)!
Even though Burst Limit looks awesome, this is very refreshing from all the beefed up next gen DBZ fighters. Actually there was a DB adventure game on the GBA too, but haven’t got the chance to try that out yet..
*Toriyama fan at heart*
And yes, this game “does” look good, is that Goku knocking the dinosaur upside the head saving Bulma at the beginning. Very looking forward to this. I wonder if they would include Goku’s Janken Rock Paper Scissors move ![]()

Ah, you’re referring to Dragonball Advanced Adventure. Try it for sure. It’s really an excellent game. Probably the best of the GBA Dragonball/DBZ games.
I’ve never been into Dragonball games, but this actually looks pretty cool. Looks like it’ll play similarly to Phantom Hourglass.
Great news, it´s about time that we got a new game in the Dragon Ball era…not just Z ones (although I care about those too). Looks good so far…

I’m not a big DBZ fan but I like what little I see. I remember back in the days, there used to be a lot of SNES DBZ RPGs that we never got.
