One million people hold Japanese PlayStation Network accounts and Sony is celebrating by giving 1,000 of them a 1,000 yen ($9.50) PlayStation Store credit. To enter your account in the drawing all you need to do is update the PlayStation Store and register through the 1,000 yen X 1,000 people present link and you’re in. The drawing is going on between now and June 9th.

1,000 yen is enough money to purchase a single PsOne game like Metal Gear Solid or one of a handful of value priced PlayStation Network games like Dark Mist.

This past February Sony Computer Entertainment America stated there were 2.9 million PlayStation Network registered in North America.

Very sweet, will register tonight and see if I’m lucky.

Have been playing nothing but MGS and Policenauts on my PSP lately, Kojima Hideo is really something. It’s funny now I noticed the Policenauts robot footage is used instead of ZOE 2 in Twin Snakes.
