Control a caveman Mii in Jawa

Spike is announced a prehistoric Wii game almost two years ago and I think everyone forgot about it. This includes Spike, the publisher, who hasn’t been updating the Jawa: Mammoth to Himitsu no Ishi (Jawa: Mammoth and the Secret Stone) official site or advertising the title even though it’s coming out on July 3. They’ve been too busy with BioShock to bother mentioning new details about the game like integral Mii support. Players will be able to control their Mii, wearing a caveman tunic, in the title. While more Wii games are adding Mii support, Jawa: Mammoth to Himitsu no Ishi is the first game that lets players explore a 3D world with their rudimentary avatar. Jawa’s blocky graphics allow the Miis to blend in nicely.

Once you get your Mii into Jawa: Mammoth to Himitsu no Ishi you can build pots to attract friends, try simple music games, forage food, hunt extinct animals, and interact with dinosaurs. The setting is what got me interested in Jawa initially, but Spike’s product doesn’t appear to be up to par since they aren’t talking about it.
