I feel a lot better about the 100 yen price–I was really worried that Nippon Ichi would be trying to nickel and dime us, which is, uh, kind of what they’re doing still, but it’s not as many nickels and dimes as I thought. Wasn’t it five bucks for Oblivion’s infamous Horse Armor upgrade? One or two bucks for one or two fights and an extra character sounds really reasonable, given the price of everything else out there.

I wish Phantom Brave and Soul Nomad had had these options; I would have loved any excuse to play those games longer.

@Zhemos – I don’t think it will be as Maple Story.

@Justin Bailey – Yeah, the price seems really low. I guess it depends how long these scenarios are. If you’re paying 100 yen for each new fight that might be bit much.

Can’t beat that price and it’s bound to be more interesting than level grinding the story mode and Item world.
