Japan gets Metal Slug 7 next month, but don't bother importing it with the terrible Dollar to Yen exchange rate. Ignition Entertainment will co-publish the game with SNK Playmore one season later in fall 2008. The last build of Metal Slug 7 I played stuck to the comic shooting formula the series is known for and added in bite-sized missions as lunch break diversions.
This is the first SNK game released in the USA with Ignition Entertainment’s label and the good news is the turnaround is swift. It took a year for Metal Slug 3 to come out in North America. However, Ignition Entertainment and SNK have not announced concrete release dates for King of Fighters ’98 Ultimate Match or Samurai Shodown Anthology, both of which are scheduled to come out in North America.

It doesn’t say that there isn’t wi-fi…it also doesn’t mention anything about the touch-screen map/hostage navigation either.
I am sure that they are hiding something up their slugs. :3
