I take it many of you are not aware that they are going to publish Battle Fantasia stateside go read some OXM and you’d see that it’s coming. A preview in OXM has it in there supposedly coming in september and published by none other than aksys.

i’ll buy battle fantasia when the american version releases. i promise. i held off on importing because i heard it would be released here, and it’s good to see some more positive news about it.

I actually want to apologize. I could have swore I played it on the 360. Regardless I looked and it doesn’t appear to be up anymore. This wouldn’t be the first time that they pulled a demo so perhaps that is what happened. Most likely though I was mistaken. Regardless I am sorry if I got anybody’s hopes up. It is however still up on the PSN on both the Japanese and Hong Kong stores. The demo clocks in at a modest 307 megabytes and gives you access to Urs and Marco in regular play and Marco in Story Mode. Again sorry for any confusion I caused.

@Daizyujin - I didn’t know there is a Battle Fantasia demo on the Japanese XLA store. I have to check that out. Arc System Works didn’t say anything about it!

By the way just incase anybody here didn’t know this, you can download a demo on the Japanese stores of both the 360 and PS3 if you would like a chance to try this out ahead of time. Especially if like me there is no way you will be able to go to the expo (curses tight wallet).

Hopefully Aksys will give us a choice on what system to get Battle Fantasia on. I was fairly let down when they only released Shikigami No Shiro 3 on the Wii and skipped the 360 version. I’ll take the 360 version if it is the only one to come out here but realistically, I would prefer the PS3 version on the basis of the controller and that alone.
