Duke Nukem shakes it on handhelds… someday

Before Duke Nukem was synonymous with vaporware Apogee started the series as a side-scrolling shooter. I hope Apogee will bring Duke back to his roots with their upcoming Duke Nukem Trilogy. The handheld game will have three episodes: Critical Mass, Chain Reaction, and Proving Grounds. What handheld? Apogee doesn’t say so it could be in development for the Nintendo DS, PSP or iPhone.

 

Apogee also plans on reviving other legacy properties. Should we roll out a welcome mat for Rise of the Triad and Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure?
