Type your way to gifts in Animal Crossing: City Folk

WiiSpeak is great for communicating online, but it doesn’t ease the chore of letter writing letters. The animal neighbors love letters. I imagine typing them with the virtual keyboard will be tedious. Fortunately, Nintendo has another option for “core” Animal Crossing players that speed up the internal clock to get more mail, Animal Crossing: City Folk supports USB keyboards. The WiiSpeak device also utilizes a USB port. The Wii has two built in USB ports in the rear.

I wonder if Nintendo will sell Animal Crossing branded USB hubs…

Or just use the on screen keyboard? It’s not like you gotta type sense into these letters anyway “aljkfhbadlkfjgbs;kfgjnsd;gjknsd;fgknoreroufjdfs qeereghruegr” suffices as an intelligent conversation in animal crossing.
