People paid 500 points for one level of Star Soldier R and that one gets great reviews. Do you not think they would be willing to pay another 500 for more? These games have insane replay value and if you're that king of gamer they're worth it (Invaders has online scores too, right? right?). It's similar with this game except you actually do have more levels to buy if you see fit, it costs 2000 points total to have all the levels and so is a good price for a low budget game as long as you enjoy it.Keep in mind the separation in different packs was also a clever way to get around the 40MB limit of WiiWare games, they couldn't have had it in a single pack costing 2000 points even if they wanted to...
