KoF 97 is my favorite, but it seems that SNK is only remaking the “dream match” ones, aside 94 because of being the 1st one.

It makes sense, since these games don´t have a story that could be affected by adding new characters and if they remade 97, they would have to remake the rest (not the best idea in my opinion).

By the way, now that I think about it… Are there still legal issues with Eolith characters ? (Angel, May Lee, K´9999) Will they appear on the game ? And while they´re adding new characters, I wouldn´t mind seeing the GBA characters in there…(slightly improved of course) I haven´t tried the EX games yet.

Yeah, that one… I didn´t know that it was already released in Japan… Thanks. Let´s see if it gets a console port.

The reason why I have doubts about this one being localized is more about the situation of PS2 next year than the game itself. But well, I´m optimistic about it.

And $20 for KoF 98 UM ? I thought that it was going to be more expensive. I guess it makes sense though.

@seiya19 – Are you thinking about Samurai Shodown: Edge of Destiny? I believe it’s not on the list since it’s out in arcades in Japan. I wouldn’t be surprised if this got localized. SNK is publishing every collection on the PS2 and we’re getting KoF 98 Ultimate Match sometime next year for like $20.

Definitely interested, just like with any SNK fighting game, specially 2D ones…

Hopefully it will get localized like KoF 98 UM.

By the way, KoF Maximum Impact Regulation A2 is not on the list… I think that it was supposed to be released this year, hopefully it wasn´t cancelled. I was expecting the new Samurai Shodown to appear as well, but it seems it won´t.
