Xbox 360 DLC sale is in all regions

The September – October price break on cute, but useless Beautiful Katamari accessories and the meaty Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Shivering Isles expansion pack is in full swing. After I saw the post with eighteen pieces of discounted DLC I cycled through various regions to check if the sale was standard – it is providing a game exists in that region. Japan doesn’t get a discounted Bring Dow the Sky expansion pack for Mass Effect since they don’t have the game. This is one of the few exceptions for a very interesting sale. Even with unlimited shelf space supply and demand rules still exist. When demand starts to wane Microsoft and related partners can spark interest with a old fashioned sale.
