Aeria just sent an e-mail (how did they get my e-mail?) confirming they are publishing Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine Online “soon.” In addition to the English and German versions we mentioned yesterday the game will be available in Spanish and French too. Their press release is rather sparse with no information on how much items will cost. All we have is a list of features, which are posted below.
Strategic Real-time Fighting System – Choose between attacking, parrying and defending in real time.
Diverse Weaponry – Use a wide array of weapons from medieval swords to modern-day rifles and handguns.
Devil Partnership – Players negotiate with devils to assist in battle and missions.
Devil Fusing – Players can combine multiple devils to create new breeds.
Private Dungeons – In addition to the public battle areas, players can access private dungeons to hunt and collect items with their friends.
If “soon” means in the next couple of months we might be able to experience the Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine Online holiday event with Santa Frost in December of this year.
