I don’t know if they would go through all the trouble to re-publish/re-localize a full game just to enclose it as a bonus for the newest Raidou game. They might, who knows. I’m not holding my breath though.

It does look like Raidou takes Dante’s place in Nocturne since previous scans showed him to be in front of the Mantra building but who knows.

Importing it, but I don’t have high hopes for it being localized(the plus version that is).
