What intrigues me is he is always able to create an alternative universe that is diverse and believable. To see these excellent pieces framed on the wall is quite amazing.I was hoping the master would do a new piece for the DS cover though, and I'm disappointed they're sticking to their respective SFC and SNES covers. As for Toriyama's char design, I hope Blue Dragon 2 would feature more grown up version of the cast and more detailed drawings (eg DQ Swords).

Toriyama has been my favorite Jpn manga artist all my life, I still have the US strategy guide filled w/ these illustrations.
