The Gatchaman / Battle of the Planets license is a key property for the Tatsunoko side in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. Two characters from Gatchaman are confirmed for the game Ken the Eagle and Jun the Swan. She’s so new she wasn’t even playable in the Tatsunoko vs. Capcom build Capcom brought to Tokyo Game Show.

Yatterman is the other Tatsunoko series with two, well four if you include Doronjo’s helpers, in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. Unfortunately, both of these are problem licenses since the rights for Battle of the Planets has expired and despite its popularity in Japan no anime distributor picked up Yatterman.
